I had an interest in photography in my early twenties but didn't make enough time for it and just got caught up in life. I did a little painting on canvas in my late twenties and early thirties as well as air-brushing murals on cars and motorcycles. I painted a T-Bucket for a friend called the Prehistoric-T and he entered it in Autorama in Detroit. The paint job competed for third place but didn't quite make it. I began photography again six years ago with more enthusiasm and digital cameras. I only recently retired and moved to Florida where I now have the time I desire for my passion.

I love the wilderness and wildlife. When I'm in the middle of a forest or hiking in the mountains my soul is at peace, more so than anywhere else. It is more than a passion. It's life to its fullest extent. With regard to photography, when the camera shutter clicks, it's that point in time that I'm the happiest.

More to come....
